User Guide

■ Cannot be bundled separately

Shipping will be on an order-by-order basis. We do not accept shipments of products with different order numbers.
In addition, regular products and direct shipment products cannot be bundled because they are shipped from different sources. Please note.

■ Change / Cancel

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, changes in contents, or bundling (delivery of products with different order numbers together) after the order is confirmed due to the customer's reason.

■ Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges after the order is confirmed due to customer reasons.

[If the product is defective or damaged]
If the item is damaged during delivery, is defective, or is different from the item you ordered, we will exchange it for a non-defective item or refund it. (If there is no replacement, we will refund you)
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us for inquiries regarding the online store within 3 days after delivery.
* For the above defective products, we will bear the return shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, cool shipping fee, and transfer fee for refund.

■ Payment method

You can choose the payment method from credit card or cash on delivery.

■ Credit card
Credit card payments can only be made in one lump sum.

■ Cash on delivery

・ At the time of delivery, you will be required to pay cash in exchange for the product.
・ Cannot be used if the delivery address is different from that of the orderer, such as gifts.
・ If you do not receive it within one week from the shipping date, it will be returned to the shipping source.
・ Cash on delivery is available for less than 30,000 yen.

■ Issuance of receipts

If the delivery address is the same as the requester, we will send you a "delivery note and receipt" together with the item.
The "delivery note and receipt" (with the amount stated) can be used as proof of the contents of sales, etc.

■ Specify delivery date and time

[Regular products] Except during the busy season, we will ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please check the cart page for the estimated shipping date.
* Delivery time cannot be specified.

■ Delivery area

The delivery area of the product is limited to Japan.
* Some delivery areas may be restricted due to product characteristics.

■ Packing

We will deliver it in a cardboard box specified by us. As part of our sustainable efforts, we deliver our products in simple packaging. Cushioning materials and some plastic bags may be used to deliver non-defective products to customers.

■ Wrapping / Noshi hanging

The online store does not support wrapping.

■ Automatic delivery email after order completion

Note An order completion email will be sent to the email address you registered when the order was completed.

■ Flow until delivery

After confirming your order, it will be delivered by the delivery company.
We will ship within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed, except during the busy season.

The shipping date and delivery company may differ for direct shipments and some products.

■ About shipping fee

For purchases of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more per order, we will deliver it with the service shipping fee.
However, if you purchase a free shipping item, we will deliver it free of charge, including refrigerated items.

* If you purchase [Refrigerated / Frozen] products, the shipping fee for refrigerated flights will be applied.
